What The Lakefield Adult Day Care Program Offers

At the Lakefield Adult Day Center, our focus goes beyond the care of older adults and extends to their families through congregational ministry, information, referral services, and family consultation.

Located in St. John Lutheran Church, the Lakefield Adult Day Center is a special place for older adults, a place where concerns for dignity and self-esteem are paramount. The focus of our center is to foster the independence of our participants.

Lakefield Day Center Services Include
Daily activities
Bathing and podiatry services
Hot nutritious meal and 2 snacks
Individualized care plan
Medications and behavior management
Alzheimer and dementia care

Hours 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
-Full and half days
-Easy enrollment

1st. Wednesday of each month 3:00-4:30 P.M. Caregiver Support Group free respite care available.
